Cranberry Almond Granola Bars

My hubby and I just made the yummiest almond cranberry granola bars!


2/3 c dried cranberries
2 cups chopped almonds
2 TBS hemp seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitos)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 c organic pure maple syrup (or brown rice syrup)
1TBS almond butter
1/2 tsp salt (or sea salt)
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven 300′. Line baking sheet (with short sides) with parchment paper. Stir together seeds, nuts, oats and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk syrup, almond butter, vanilla and salt.

Combine all ingredients to coat well. Press into baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove from heat and let set for an hour. Wrap in Saran Wrap and store in sealable container.
