Low Plank on the Water

Something about working out by the water makes it “feel” easier.  Held each of these low plank holds for 3 minutes. One of my best times so far.

Sitting on the balcony, sippin’ on my Shakeology, while being inspired by the articles and women in Shape magazine was a great way to start my mornings!

Had a fun and relaxing stay in Key Largo at Sunset Cove Resort!
