Starting to Lift

I’ve been working out for many years.  I’ve lifted some weights – usually no more than 5-10 lbs.  Going to start upping my game and see what I can do.  My traps and shoulders build pretty easily.  Now to get some sculpting done on the abs too.   Body Beast is a great program to start with.
